The launch sequence

Six decisions. One launch system.

Resolve channel, formula, format and packaging as one commercial system.

  1. 01

    Commercial direction

Audience, channel, price band, launch quantity and what the first SKU must achieve.

  2. 02

    Product logic

Benefit territory, dosage form, serving pattern and the composition story behind the brief.

  3. 03

    Feasibility

Ingredient compatibility, processing route, permissions and the testing plan that the concept requires.

  4. 04

    Pack system

Primary pack, closure, measuring device, label, carton and shipper planned as one system.

  5. 05

    Make & verify

Material readiness, controlled manufacture, in-process checks, laboratory testing and release review.

  6. 06

    Learn & repeat

A practical route into reorders, portfolio extensions, variants and more dependable planning.

Doctor-promoted still means regulation-led.

Ingredients, serving information, benefit language, artwork and market positioning remain subject to technical, regulatory and intended-market review. Feasibility and applicable permissions are confirmed product by product.

Buyer questions

Questions buyers ask before a manufacturing enquiry

What do you need for a private-label nutraceutical enquiry?

Share the intended audience, country, channel, ingredient concept or formula, amounts per serving, preferred format, servings per pack, initial quantity and target timing. Identify any ingredient exclusions or dietary claims as requirements for review.

Can I launch with an existing formula or request custom development?

Describe which route you want and who owns the formula. Walter reviews product fit, development needs, applicable permissions, methods, packaging and commercial scope. Availability, exclusivity and formula ownership are confirmed in the engagement; a catalogue concept does not establish these rights.

Is the MOQ the same for tablets, softgels, liquids and powders?

No single minimum is stated for every format. The feasible batch, fill or serving weight, formulation, container and printed-material minimums affect the quotation. Ask for quantities in both dosage units and finished packs.

Who reviews label claims and FSSAI requirements?

Identify the intended market and product category before finalising the formula or artwork. The responsible regulatory and technical teams must review the ingredients, serving, claims and label against applicable requirements. Final responsibility and deliverables should be agreed for the project.

Can packaging and shelf life be decided after formulation?

Bring the proposed pack into the review early. Container, closure, protection, measuring accessories and usage conditions can affect the supporting work. Proposed shelf life and storage statements require suitable evidence for the actual product and pack.

Private-label planning

Nutraceutical manufacturing for India and intended export markets.

Prepare ingredient amounts, serving information, target channel and packaging as one brief. Product category, claims, applicable permissions and destination-market requirements need review before formula or artwork commitments.

Start the conversation

Bring the market idea. Leave with a sharper manufacturing brief.
