From composition to finished tablet
A useful manufacturing enquiry makes the format, composition and saleable pack clear from the start. These details help distinguish the product you want from a generic catalogue request.
List every ingredient and its amount per tablet. If your label describes a serving of two tablets, show both the per-tablet amounts and the serving totals.
Share the preferred tablet shape, size and coating requirement. Coating is available; the specific finish and suitability are agreed around the formulation.
Specify tablets per strip or blister, cards per carton, or tablets per jar. Add the proposed label and carton brief so quantity and packaging can be considered together.
Packaging & quantity
Final batch and packaging quantities are reviewed for your project. The examples here help you describe the order; they are not a commitment to supply a particular specification.
Give the number of tablets per card and cards per saleable pack. Identify the preferred material and protection requirements for review.
Give the number of tablets per jar, preferred closure and any insert or outer-carton requirement. The jar size is selected for the actual tablet and count.
Use this planning aid to describe the requirement. The result is a quantity calculation, not a quotation or confirmation of batch feasibility.
Manufacturing due diligence
Before agreeing the order, ask for the documents relevant to the proposed formula, manufacturing site and destination market. Confirm which records will be available and when.
Confirm the current Unit V documentation and the scope relevant to your proposed product. A general company credential is not a substitute for product-specific review.
Agree the finished-product specification, applicable tests and the batch documentation to be supplied. Discuss the certificate of analysis and release documentation for the order.
Review the actual pack, storage conditions and supporting shelf-life information. Agree the formula, label and claims before committing printed materials.
Make the first conversation useful
Send what you already know. If the formula, pack or quantity is still open, identify that in the enquiry so the next conversation can focus on the decision you need to make.
Name the intended country and sales channel. Product category, ingredients, claims, labels and documentation are reviewed for the intended market before supply is committed.
Buyer questions
